That Crystal Palace breakfast looks so good! We've done the dinner, but I really want to try the breakfast there.

It was neat - but I was hoping for Christmas card pictures. I got a good one on Thanksgiving though, so it's all good.

Thanks - I love the way Tiger went up to the camera! It was very good!

The fog actually looks pretty cool - but I definitely understand your annoyance, clear skies are much nicer.

It turned beautiful later in the morning, just needed the sun to burn it off.

Park Day One – part two:
So I left off with us getting done at Crystal Palace around 9:10. This was the day that Princess Tiana was arriving at the Magic Kingdom – so they were having her welcome show as we were trying to get to Fantasyland. This worked out well for us two ways. One – Most of the people entering the park were crowded on Main Street watching the show. Two – by taking the side path around the castle that ends up by Cinderella’s wishing well, we ran into her:

Since we were right there, I grabbed fastpasses for Peter Pan’s Flight and then we took Tricia on her first ride at Disneyworld :

Then we headed to the:

After the teacups, it was about 9:45 so we headed to Toontown. They had just opened up, so we headed right to the judges tent to visit PixieHollow! The sign said the wait was 15 minutes! I don’t know if we even waited that long!

So it was now time to enter Pixie Hollow!

We really did have a great morning!

I had hoped to get the rest of the morning done - but Maddie wasn't feeling well today and the computer was acting weird. Maddie is still a bit under the weather, but the computer is better at least. This week is going to be busy since it's Maddie's birthday, so I can't promise anything - hopefully I can get something written.

That's great you had such a short wait for Pixie Hollow! I suppose it helps getting there right away...I had to wait close to an hour but it was definitely worth it. Can't wait to hear about your visit with the fairies!

For some reason, I wasn't getting emails telling me you had updated (as well as other trip reports I am subscribed to). Darn it! I'm all caught up now though.

Other than the stupid head cab driver not showing up, it sounds like the travel day went as planned which is always a plus.

I so wish we were breakfast people so I could schedule an early ADR at Crystal Palace. I might have to do it just so I can get some good castle shots like you did. I actually like the foggy pictures....they're cool.

Looking forward to more!

So my new goal is to get day one done by Christmas We'll see! Before that though - Friday was Maddie's 7th birthday - so we took her and 6 friends to see "The Princess and the Frog" and then back to our house for dinner, cake and presents. The movie was so good and the kids were perfect! I highly recommend this movie - very much in the Disney tradition. Maddie keeps saying she wants to see it again
