We loved the Dining Plan. :teeth: Normally we wouldn't eat at some of these restaurants or eat as much food. It was fun to go new places and try new things! We were obviously never hungry. We stayed at the Pop Century while on the Dining Plan and loved the resort. After that reservation we moved to the Wilderness Lodge where we were no longer on the dining plan and had an AP rate.

Great review, thanks! Could you tell me what the "adult desserts" at Nine Dragons were? Thanks!

Thanks very much for your detailed reviews! :flower:

We thought our appetizers and entrees were wonderful at the Nine Dragons. The kids didn't get apps here. The desserts were unusual. The kids got ice cream - maybe ginger flavor. They didn't like it. We had two different desserts brought to us and the waiter said here is one of each to try. We didn't really get to pick so my memory on this one isn't as great. My one year old was getting rough so we didn't fight it. One dessert was some kind of pastry layers with maybe some kind of mango mousse in between them. The other dessert was some kind of ginger cake. Maybe someone who just got back or who actually chose their desserts might remember better. He told us when he brought them, but we just can't remember. We didn't finish them. Again, sorry for our memory lapse. On our receipt it just said something like 2 adults MYW meals and 2 kids MYW meals.

They are those long popsicles with different colors/flavors. It was so hot my kids enjoyed them - they had them at Fantasmic and the resort.

We had an Annual Pass rate that was $10 less than our AAA rate. We couldn't do the dining on the AP rate. Luckily, we did get a AAA rate with the dining package so we saved a little.

Hi, mnasf!
Wanted to checking in with you to see what was "awkward."

Thank you for the detailed review. Excellent run down. It sounds like you enjoyed many of the same places we'll be hitting in November.

Wonderful report, thank you! :flower:

Looks like the chocolate croissants at POP were a favorite. :)
We'll be staying there the end of Sept., so I'll be sure to try them.

My 13 year old grandaughter can't wait for another itzakadoozie! She was hoping they were still around! Great!!

Great post....Were doing the dinning plan in Oct. and I've been looking for ideas of what kind of savings we'll see. This gives us a great idea....We have CRT for dinner The WCC and were staying at POP...so your post helped us or gave us some great info.

Thanks. :cheer2:

It was kind of an unusual dining experience. We were by the kitchen. Our server seemed new - not confident, not sure of the dining plan. She was very nice and we were never mad at her or anything because you knew she was trying. We had some communication problems. We couldn't understand her all of the time and she couldn't understand us. My six year old's food came after all of ours. We had to remind them. She had spaghetti no sauce and wanted parmesean on top. It came plain and we had to wait for parmesean. Things just seemed slow and awkward to us. The food was good and our server seemed like a sweet person. We felt she was trying hard. It was just an unusual meal. I hope I've explained what I meant.
