The surcharge is only for entrees that are over $27.99. (you pay this surcharge for any meal on the DP that is $27.99 or over -not just at WPC) Luckily, there are only 2 entrees at WPC that you would even have to worry about being charged extra for-the filet mignon and the Wolf steak. Unfortunately, they have updated the menu since I wrote these reviews so, I would have to refer back to my receipts to tell you exactly what the price of the filet was at that time. But, I think the $12 extra we paid was the difference between the $27.99 and the actual price of the filet. Either way, the food was so good it was totally worth every penny! We are going to take advantage of the free dining in August and of course WPC was at the top of our list! I cannot wait!

Thank you for the reviews. I'm perplexed about WPC because myself & someone else on the DISboards called WPC directly & we were both told there is no more surcharge. I guess they've either changed their policy again or your server was not aware of the change.

Could you elaborate on your comment of surcharges at other dining locations? this is the first I've heard about it.
