Our changing date story

So we were all set up, Pop Sept.5th - 13th with FD. :banana:

Unexpectadly DH has health issues :sick:, we can't travel to the US in these conditions, so we set up a new dates ( wich were also in FD ). It appears nothing was available anymore as all the rooms available for FD were all gone and that was for 3 different weeks...:confused:

All they could offer us was a familly suite in one of the all stars, but since we are only 2 there was no way I wanted to pay that much for a room.

So we gave in for a week where FD was not available and got the room only discount. It is not that bad since they will refund the balance from the non discount package we first got, but FD was a way better deal!!!

That hole process lasted 1 hour over the phone, the first cast member had isues with her computer :mad: , she had to restart it like 2-3 times and I had to insist to talk to Guess services. The first thing he told me is that he can't do more... I am a bit disapointed with the service I got, I know it is not there fault if we have to change dates, but I thought maybe they would have make pixie dust. I have the feeling that the cast member you talk to makes a big difference...
Just wanted to share my thoughts, but now enough writing, I have a trip to plan!!! ;)
