I'd love to hear how you like it. If they had a class specifically for people over 40, I think Mike and I would both do it, but I get nervous with some of these instructors who really don't get it that your body changes as you age (whether you want it to or not

). We are both closer to 50 than 40, so our goal in everything is avoid injury! Since my back is feeling better, I might revisit the trx class idea--we were going to do that in February. I bet that would be something else you could try while you are resting your itbands.
