Our ACM changed their hours AGAIN!

Ok are we talking about the Mendon Zoo? I live at ACM and Joann's lately, and since I usually go after work at 4 pm or so, I didn't notice the hours changing! I am up for a meet! I would love to meet more scrappers :) Panera is a favorite at my house. Ok so where is the Salvation army in the area?

Let's meet up in the Spring then at the zoo! :thumbsup2

Salvation Army is in Northbridge and Woonsocket - the cool mill building with antiques & such is in Linwood, right down the road from the S.A. store. There are other thrift shops in the area, let me know if you want names. The kids & I do the route every once in a while.

Thrift Stores:

We go to The Blessing Barn on rt. 140 in Bellingham - it took over Bill's Kitchen & Bath if you were familiar with that place.

There is also a thrift store in Hopedale that is only open when the weather is warmer - it is located in the old police station downtown.

We also go to Savers on Diamond Hill in Woonsocket, RI

Grafton Flea Market

There is a new store in Grafton in the Koopman Plaza across from Lake Ripple (It is also close to the scrapbook store A Time For Memories)

We have noticed that all the stores are a little sparse lately so we are not sure if people are buying more or selling/giving less.

We give all our donations to The Blessing Barn as they sell most of it or they distribute to the community.

That's all I can think of right now - we are always on the lookout for more. What types of things are you looking for? The woman who works at/owns the mill place told me about a couple of places in Wrentham but I haven't been.

we go to Savers every now and again. and while you're there go to Job Lot next door and Mark Stevens in the next plaza over. Its a discount store from all the CVS's. they bring all their overstock stuff. I remember getting the rubbermaid containers with the lock on covers there for $2. And there is a Salvation Army in Woonsocket too. And all kinds of thrift shops in that area too. It's my mothers favorite thing to do. She calls in pick and poke shopping!!

I'm up for spring time at the zoo!

Well, my plans changed, we're meeting at the Franklin Panera instead of Plainville, which is just as well, because if I had gone to Plainville, I would have gone to North Attleboro, and that would have gotten my wallet into trouble :rotfl:

right. if you're in Plainville you would HAVE to go to Right at Home on your way to M's and J's in North Attleboro!!!!

I can resist RAH, I used to work there and didn't really leave on the ah, best of terms. But, I'd have to hit both Targets, J's, M's and ACM. So....But, I don't have much willpower (and I've got ALL day off), so I may end up over there anyway :lmao:
