On July 9th last year it was announced the Joe Rhode, who's currently the creative lead for Disney's Animal Kingdom would be in expanding his role to also oversee "global creative leadership of the Marvel property"
Then August 29th it was announced that the head Marvel films, Kevin Fegie was moved from reporting to Marvel Entertainment CEO Isaac Perlmutter to Walt Disney Studios chief Alan Horn, which basically puts Kevin Fegie in the same kind of position at Marvel as Kathellen Kennedy at Lucasfilm and John Lasseter at Walt Disney Animation.
and just a few day later, around Sept 2nd it was announced that Disney's rather lucrative destitution deal for Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks films was going to expire in August 2016. Most of Spieberg's films over the years have been made through Universal... and Universal could certainly make a lot more money with the world wide Distubution rights to DreamWorks films than they could with the theme park rights to Marvel in Orlando
so I kinda get the feeling that if there is going to be a new land at Disney's Hollywood Studios, it will probably be Marvel related
