Is there a place on ship that sells OTC Meds?

Yes. For example, on the Disney Fantasy in the gift shop named "White Caps" just outside the Walt Disney Theater they will sell some basic OTC stuff.

I believe Whitecaps on the Fantasy & Dream have some basics, and assume the Wonder & Magic would have similar.

They have pain reliever, allergy medicine, tums, etc. They do have limited stock. Our last cruise had a bug of some kind going around and the cold/cough medicine was gone by day 3. If it's something you think you will need, I would bring some with me. Obviously you aren't going to anticipate everything, but if it is something that you need on a semi-regular basis at home or you are particular about brand, best to bring just in case.

Prices are also higher than your local CVS. Wonder & Magic also carry limited supply at the shops. Honestly I took what I would normally have at home for DS (children's Advil, Tylenol, Cough & Cold, and Tummy meds), just in case. For us just took Bonine, Advil, and Cold & Cough all in pill form. The Adult meds I put in one container - they are all stamped, and folded Bonine packets to fit. The children's meds had to take separate (all Liquid). Took all in 3 oz. size and in carry-ons.

We always pack a "cold-care" kit any time we travel - cough medicine, pseudoephedrine, ibuprofen, the kind of stuff that eases our symptoms. You can likely get some basic in port if the cruise ship runs out, but if you use pseudoephedrine, be careful as different countries have different rules for how much to purchase and how it is sold.

Also just know many ports have a pretty close by drug store. I ended up using one in PR to get some feminine products.

To add, if they don't have something in the shop as at reception. I needed ibroprophen due to allergies and had run out - wasn't in the shop but was behind reception. Also you can ask at reception if the shop is closed and they can sell you basics too (same prices)
