OT- Pregnant Mommies ??

Hi all you mommies-to-be! I am still 8 months to go with my first baby, but I hope it goes by really fast, because I can't wait!

I'm a little past halfway with #1 and on here already planning juniors first DW trip!

Just checking in, I am 27 weeks tomorrow and getting excited for baby #2!! We didn't find out what we are having so a lot of excitement trying to guess boy or girl!!!! Congratulations to all the new moms and dads!!!

Feet1...was that you that I PM'd with, that you were at Disney at the same time as me? I think we had the same birthday, December 13? Or am I thinking of someone else? Glad you had a good time. We did too. It was sooooo hard to come home!

That was me! We were both at Disney at the same time, and I think we are due at the same time too...I'm glad you had a great time too! It really was hard to come home, but now that the kids are going back to school tomorrow, I think getting into a normal routine will help...I'm thinking about doing a trip report, just to relive the memories...
It really is right around the corner...feb 5th for you! It must be neat to know exactly when you're going to meet your little bundle of joy! Do you know if it's a boy or a girl?

We know it's a boy, and so far, I think we are going with Aidan James. I'm not 100% on that though, it seems to be very popular right now, and I don't want to have a bunch of kids with the same name in his classes growing up. So, we are still looking..on the slim chance the ultrasound was wrong and it's a girl, it will be Sophia (don't have a middle name picked out for that one thought)


On our first day in WDW, we went to the MK and you know how when you are in Toontown, and you go through Mickey's house then to the judges tent to meet Mickey, well, Mickey was awesome there for us! He did the autographs with the kids, them their pictures, then he did a pic with the whole family, them one with all of us and my parents, then he pointed just to me, to my belly. He wanted to do a picture with the baby! He pointed at my belly and they took the picture. it was really sweet, he was motioning to me asking when I am due and boy or girl, it was a great memory! so sweet!

I'm 8 weeks with my first. So excited and nervous at the same time. We've decided to wait until the baby is out of diapers before we do Disney again. Hopefully he/she will be a quick learner. That will be my incentive, "you can't go to Disney until you go to the bathroom like a big boy/girl."

Laura, that picture is so cute!

Since we're sharing, here is a picture we had taken at Epcot.

We are still not sure what we are having, after two ultrasounds. Legs were crossed tight both times! They are thinking girl though. But they said not to go ahead and paint the room pink or anything.

For names, we are really considering Miley. We just really like that name, not that we are big Hannah Montana junkies or anything like that (despite the shirt my DD has on in the picture!) It would be Miley Sophia. And then if its a boy, Brayden...not sure of a middle name yet.

I'm ready now, I can't believe I have a month to go yet!

How were your feet and ankles while you were in the parks? Mine seemed OK when we were out having fun all day, but I think the airplane did something to them. On the way down, they were so swollen, then on the way home, they were even worse. They were fine the day after we got home, but I think the air pressure or something did something.

I go to the OB on friday for my 2 week visit. pretty soon it'll be the every week visit...

I've been sooo sick with this pregnancy, I had to cancel my Disney trip in my eighth month.

Congrats on #7! That must be so exciting! How old are your other children? I was just there at 7 months pregnant and it was fine! I didn't feel like I was slowed down or anything walking around. Of course, I couldn't go on all the rides I would have liked to go on, but they were the breaks I took putting my feet up and drinking my water. My kids aren't big thrill seekers anyways, so they stayed with me for most of the big things. It was sweet!

I do have to say that before the trip, I made sure I went on the treadmill for a half hour everyday. Plus I lift weights. I just wanted to make sure I was in shape sort of for all the walking I would be doing. I really think that helped with me in WDW.

Bumping this thread back up...Feet1, how are you? I know you were due either the day before, of, or after me...have you had that baby yet?

Ours was born on February 5 by c-section. We had a girl, which we named Miley Sophia. I have to explain the name...she was inspired by, but NOT named after Hannah Montana. We have liked the name Miley since we heard of Miley Cyrus, before she was as crazy popular as she is now.

Our Miley was 8 lbs. 3 oz., and 20 inches. We are getting adjusted to life at home with two girls...our other DD is 3.5.

How are all of the other moms doing...its been awhile since this thread was bumped!

We just returned from WDW with our 6 kids, including our 3 1/2 month old .What a great (and easy) age to bring along a baby. We had such a great trip. Good Luck with your pregnancy and trip-planning!

P.S. to all...I'm the one that started this thread when I was pregnant with DS (now 4months) and I'm so thrilled that it has lasted this long!! Usually my threads die out after a few posts.

14 weeks with #2, going to wdw in 2 weeks! Thank god the sickness is over!
