Sounds like you've had a good day - it's been quite muggy here. I'm just about to start on almost the very last bit of my report now (the abstract).

Then all I need to do is proof read and amend as required.

I've also been stripping the paint off the front door, have finished now but I feel my arms are going to protest tomorrow!

As for light at the end of the tunnel - yes it's definitely much closer now, though I've still a few things to do (proof reading, diagrams, demonstration).

Ekkk, my friend from Hungary has just asked if she can sleep on my hotel room floor in September.

I feel bad saying no, but i really want a break with just me and DD plus they didnt even offer to pay something towards the room.

Morning all its a lovely sunny day here too. My cars been in the garage since yesterday and I've got cabin fever. Need to get out of the house I got on a bus yesterday (shocking I know) which I havent done for years. It was sooo expensive Cheaper to have a car!

Emma - I think it was very rude of your friend to even ask and you definately shouldn't feel bad. I would just say exactly what you said here. You want to spend some quality time with your DD. You could also say your friend who works at Disney has told you they're cracking down on room occupancy or something and you don't want to get in trouble

I hate being without a car too, especially if I have to use the bus as you said they are so expensive & restrictive. Much prefer my car

Well I've finished painting the front door, hopefully a second coat tomorrow will do it, can't go out as I'm waiting for the insurers to come and check over the leak we had on our return from DLRP!

Yes i Did Diane and i have painted my front room! Wooohoooooo!!! one year after i stripped the wallpaper i finally have got there

My Dad is coming over the weekend to put up the finishes touches, then i just need to wait to get my carpet at the end of the month! Yay, i need to get a new blind though.
