Evening, was the zoo good? I spent the day at Underwater Street in liverpool with my two. I'm exausted and have a headache but overall the kids loved it!

Yes, we went to Colchester zoo. I haven't been for years. It was very busy but got to see the White tiger I wanted to see last time I was there & I fed a giraffe

SNAP! It is here too and very windy, a real horrible 'stay at home' sort of day.

We had a party last night.... It's never a huge event but we have some family and friends over and basically have a night of dressing up, being silly and eating lots of yummy food! We have a big supply of wine and soft drinks too so that makes for a fun evening!

This year our Halloween menu was:

-Veggie Chilli
-Veggie Curry
-Chicken Curry
-Rice
-Naan Breads
-Green Salad

-Cheese Platter
-Cured Meats Platter
-A Whole Roast Salmon (Won locally!)

-Trick or Treat Sweets

I was a Vampire this year, Robert was Iron Man, and Conor (My brother) was a Werewolf! We had some really good costumes this year! We had a fab Pinata to smash in the garden, and we also played on Singstar and the Eyetoy... Great Party!
