OT leave in 2 weeks for dallas and Southern Region Dance comp

I just realised that we leave in 2 weeks for dallas for the southern region Oireachtas (irish dance). kate dances on sunday and there are 34 under 12 4hand groups. that should be really entertaining. So, since we will be in dallas for 3.5 days, anyone got any suggestions for must see/do things? should we go to the christmas parade for example? maggie

I've never been to Texas so I'm no help, but just wanted to ask if you can bring some of the warmer weather back with you when you get back to VA.. brrrr
