OT-How do I subscribe to only one thread on this forum?

I'm new to RSS and I have figured out the reader but when I put "add a RSS" with the copy and paste of the web url I get subscribed to the whole forum and not just the thread. Help it's my first time!

At the top of the thread, there is a drop down for Thread Tools. Click on that, then Subsribe to Thread.

No problem- as you can see I'm fairly new here myself, but I've managed to subscribe to many threads!
