She has climbed out of the playpen a few times, but we still have it up for when we have to run out of the room for a few moments. Last night, she climbed out of the crib about 6-8 times in a row and kept running into our bedroom. I kept scooping her up & putting her back in. I tried removing any larger stuffed animals that she could be using to climb on, as well as anything on the floor that she could be climbing onto. Still, she got back out a few more times. I got a little exasperated with her, as it was 10 when I first put her to bed and almost 12 when she finally stopped climbing out. After a while, I closed the door to her room, and when I heard her jiggling the door to get out, I would go in and put her back to bed. DH gets up for work about 4 am, so he would just as soon let her into our bed, so he could get some sleep, but I know that would become an easy habit for her. Any advice to help me keep everyone's sanity?
