I've found a recipe for the peanut butter mousse, but I need to get peanut butter chips to cook with and I can't find a UK supplier!! Waaa!

I esp want swimming/diving but I'm sure those will be snapped up a.s.a.p but am happy if I can get gymnastics, track & field, badminton... erm... anything really except boxing, judo, that kinda thing.

We are having a new olympic pool being built in our town (an hour from London on the train) and we are hoping it will be used for Olympic training for the teams when they come over before the games start so we might get to see some training in action too which would be nice. I'd love to take my kids to see that (I teach my class swimming once a week at the pool.)
