I find myself wondering where you get the time and skill to make it all before I realise!!

I jsut put jacket potatoes in the oven, but my microwave is broken so I couldn't pre-zap them - how long will they take? I'm hungry now!!

Sliced Melon Platter (For Rob!)

And, because I know you love it, dessert shall be.... The Chocolate Fountain! I shall fire it up.... We have Marshmallows, Pretzels, Strawberries, Fudge Cubes, Grapes and Cookies to dip!

Hmmmm.... Jacket Potatoes are toughies.... I'd leave them an hour, then poke them with a skewer and see if they're done!
