I'm thinking of applying for a job in asda's or tesco but not sure how that will work with kyra being at pre-school for a few hours a day.
I wish she could go school full time now lol
Which resort are you looking to stay at Julez? £5000 for a package for 5 is good value.
Just had a major drama. Emilia climbed on to the settee (thanks to the help of her sisters) and then fell headfirst off it. I saw it happen, but wasn't fast enough to catch her. I thought she had broken her neck. I swear my heart stopped beating. After a bit of crying, she is now happily crawling around. My nerves are shredded.

but- wud the amount u earnt be better than any benefits u get?? (assume u get sum lol)
Could you perhaps do a couple of mornings on weekdays and ask your mum to pick Kyra up from pre-school for you on those days? And then maybe work a Saturday as well? I have friends who have to do that - work 2-3 mornings a week and then do a longer shift at weekends.
I would hope to earn the same or maybe a bit more.
I need to speak to my doctor as im signed off work and i want to make sure 100% well enough to go back into a work enviroment without freaking out and having panic attacks and a nervous breakdown.
I just would love to go back to work soon though.
glad ur so enthusiastic bout work - its nice to hear it - bet u change ur mind once ur working!! best thing wud be check with ur dr, and then see what u can find and how flexible they wud be to u??
go for it - the worst they can say is no!
I have been signed off since my freak out at my last job in 2004, that was scary lol.

Have you heard/thought about becoming a mystery shopper? I have signed up to a couple of websites (which I got from GMTV or This Morning last year) and each time there are assignments in the area, they just get snapped up so quickly. Grrrr. The thing is I don't check my emails every single minute, so by the time I check, it's like 2-3 hours later and the job's gone. I have friends who did quite a few a week (this was last year - not sure how things are now) - it ranged from going into a shop to buy or ask about something (you'll get your money back if you buy) or a bank or going to a pub/restaurant to eat/drink and various other assignments. They got paid from £10 per job and I think the most one of them got paid for a job was £35.
I used to love my job, it was such a laugh.
I may do a evening course instead as i know my brother will babysit for a few hours a week.
