Can I download the toolbar to more than one computer? I want to add it to a laptop, but can't find the link to it or how to in the forums.

This is what it says in the Knowledge Base: Also, when you log into the Universe, you may be prompted to download the latest ChaCha Toolbar.

So it sounds like when you go to http://universe.chacha.com it will know that you don't have the toolbar on your laptop and prompt you to download it. I had it installed on 2 computers before and never had a problem.

I have a weird question... I'm an expeditor right now, but I want to become a generalist. Any time I click to take that test, it gives me the expeditor test. How do I become a person that answers the questions instead of rephrasing them?

Perhaps based on your initial registration or the test results, you were asked to be an expeditor instead of a guide. Try looking in the forums for info if you can change to a guide ever.

Can anybody tell me when I am taking the simulator test if I need to be away to receive the 10 questions or not? I am so confused it took me forever to get the first question.

OMG I took the test it took forever to get 10 questions. I did 12 just incase cause I felt I messed up in a couple. I took forever on the first one got really nervous and couldn't remember where anything was from the training. I hope I passed.

I have a question for you. When I was taking the test and a question came in, once I hit find the answer and i wanted to go back where the original page is where you submit the answer. Where can I go back to look at that page? I got nervous and at one point couldn't find the answer so i tried to remember the ? and i could not return to the original page for the life of me. Can you tell me how I get back there (without finding the answer) I had such a hard time. I feel like i might have failed the test. Bummer!

Are you familiar with your tabs in Firefox? Everything should have been in a separate tab for you -- your question would have been in the left-hand tab, the dashboard right next to it, and then your search page in the 3rd tab over. You have to be careful to never do a search right from your query tab or you'll lose your question.

Does that make sense?

I took the simulator test last night. It took about 2 hours to get 11 questions. I haven't heard from cha cha yet. But I have a feeling I failed it. It took me forever with a few questions. With the very first one I couldn't even remember how to save the source. It took like 8 plus minutes to answer it. I didn't even know how to get back to the page where the question is posted if I wanted to go back to it when I couldn't find the answer. Ughhh It was grueling... Anyway I hope I hear from them soon.

Log into the underground and go to your account, click on searches or pay, or view statement (or click on everything until you find it!) until you find the list with all the questions you answered. Count them and substract any that went over 10 minutes. If you have less than 10, log into the universe and do a few more until you go over. Check back on your list and count them again. Mine instantly started paying me after the 10th completed training question and no longer said "training."

I found the page where it says how long was my search session but it does not give me the list of questions I answered. I remember answering 12 altogether. None of the questions took more than 9 minutes but I think I might have a couple wrong.
Tell me something you know when you get the history of the questions that were asked before on the right side.. How does that really help you with the current query that comes in? I really couldn't figure that part out. I know I remember looking there at one point and it had the same question I had previously answered but it had a different answer to it.

I will answer a few more just to see what happens.

Ahhhhhh i found the list now!!! I see that 2 were over 10 minutes so I have 10 in total but don't know how many you can have wrong...

I believe that somoeone posted sayign that have logged in from another computer and it lets you know you need to download the toolbar to that computer.

Are you a paid guide or are you taking the test? it took me about 2 hours to complete the test last night. Waited forever..
