Just got an email from ChaCha.Heres what I got "You can log in to the new Universe between 9:45 and 10:00 AM today."

looks like we'll be waiting a little bit longer.

notice that the e-mail doesn't specify what time zone 9:45 and 10:00 a.m. refers to
i tried to log in and for a split-second on the tab it said "welcome the new universe" but then it gave me same ol' "firefox can't establish a connection" screen.

I got in a few minutes ago and answered a few questions, but it ran very slowly and I was not able to see my earnings. The tab wasn't even there anymore! I hope that is just a glitch and not the new way of doing things because I won't work without being able to check on my earnings. I already don't like not being able to see how they "score" things for top guide.

here's what ya do..on the chacha results tab, over in the very top right it should say "login". go ahead and login and you should be able to see your dashboard tab to check your earnings. that's happened to me before. questions are still painfully slow in coming through, i really don't like the way this works.

I was able to get in a bit ago with no issues. I was getting non stop questions coming at me. I kept putting myself as unavailable, but I was still getting pop-ups. And if I just tried to X out instead of clicking ok, I still got the dang question! It was driving me crazy. It wouldn't let me stop.

I cannot stand that I have no idea the number of searches I've done or what my balance is either. I hope they get that fixed right away.

You can't. That's what people hate the most about it. There is no way of knowing how they are judging you. People go without getting QC emails or anything, meet the minimum requirement for searches for the week and still don't make Top Guide. And we have no idea why (it's happened to me before).

HELP!

OK, I logged in on ChaCha and the pop up said that I need to have the newest foxfire, I clicked the link provided to download, it said ff is good- restart, I clicked that link.

The computer restarted itself. I logged in again and now there's no questions, and none of the other links are available- like forums, account and so on.... What do I do to correct this problem?? AARRGGGHHHH!

I actually didn't pass my guide training and just recieved an email about being an Expeditor...which I did pass. It seems fun and easy.

This just happened to me and what annoys me is that I found the answer in about 1 minute, but when I went to send it, it said that I had to source my answer. Well I had done that. The answer I had came straight from a baby names website that I have used before. Anyway, after that delay, it said I didn't answer it fast enough and it was going to a new guide, AFTER I DID ALL THE WORK!!!!! So now someone else will get paid for the question that I answered ! And the earnings tabs are not working (actually they aren't even there!!!)

Is anyone else getting the feeling that we are getting "scammed" (for the lack of a better word) by this very disorganized company. Why weren't we told that there would be time limits on questions from now on with the new system? I don't remember reading that anywhere!

I have had one issue after another with ChaCha, like not getting paid for questions that I answered, not getting responses from emails about problems, not making top guide last week when I know I give it 100%.....etc. But I have tried to stick it out because I really need the income. But I just don't see how I can keep putting up with all this. And if guides like me keep putting up with it because we "need the income", then ChaCha is just going to keep on getting over on us. I'm very discouraged because I wanted a job like this for a long time so that I can continue to stay home with my sweet little girl! So frustrating!!
