That way they know what you don't understand and how to clarify!

Yay! I just became a chacha guide today! I am so excited! But now I'm really confused with all the keywords and categories stuff. I have put stuff in and done something on just about every cat or keyword they have but no questions yet. I'm starting to wonder if I've done something wrong. My status on underground just changed to fully trained so I'm hoping now I will get some. Is it really slow right now? What are good hours for chacha'ing?

I can check my earnings but I can't log into the forums. The queries are not coming fast at all. I have only answered five questions in the last half hour.

Ok, I can't check my earnings, and for the split second I saw my query count, it said I had done 0 searches this week!! WHAT???!! I was around 150, well on my way to getting my 200 for the week!! Please tell me I don't have to start from scratch tonight?!?!?!? Anyone else have this problem???

You need to log in to see your earnings. Not login on the universe page, but log in on the "My Account" page. There is a tiny link in the upper right corner.

After you login, it asks you to download a toolbar, but after that, i dont know what to do from there.

Did you get the toolbar to load?

I can not get it to load it keeps saying its unavailable

I've tried to log into that page, and it doesn't list my earnings, but it does say my searches this week are 0 (which is so wrong). When I sign in, I go to a generic ChaCha screen with a giant cell phone on it. This has happened before when there have been system problems, and it gets fixed. But I'm really concerned about the lack of searches this week.

UPDATE: Never mind, found it, all is well!

After you download the new toolbar you have to log in again to both Universe and Underground. I about panicked on mine too!

I got it worked out, and it's all good (WHEW!!!). Thanks everyone for your help. Is everyone really busy now, or is it slower? Since the changeover, the questions have been coming slower, and I've updated my keywords and tried to be a bit general. There are new features that I like-the history being on the same page, and it seems like we don't have to race other guides to "answer the doorbell". It will take some getting used to for me, but I think it will be fine.

Im using firefox and it worked fine for me. It tells you do download and install it, then restart the browser.

The questions are coming a lot more slowly since the upgrade. And some of the Expeditors aren't directing me to the right search area. It's frustrating.

yeah, i really don't like this whole expeditor thing. the way i understand it, a lot of the queries we used to get are now being directed to an auto-answer system. that would explain why i've been online 37 minutes and i've answered SIX questions. i've always gotten questions back-to-back, even in the mornings. i have a feeling this isn't going to go well for us (SMS Guides).

Can I ask what you mean when you saw the Expeditor is directing you to the wrong seach area. I was just approved as an Expeditor but won't be able to get started till Saturday. Thanks!

if i may step in here to answer this (my apologies, meg) - when the question comes up and the guide clicks the "find an answer" button a quick links screen comes up. this screen is customized for the type of question (entertainment, sports, science, etc.). we have to assume this is done by the expeditor, as it was never done before yesterday. it slows things down for us, because the question may not be categorized correctly and we may need a link that's not on that screen. this has happened to me several times and it's really frustrating.
