What day of the month do they transfer the money to your account?

The money is transferred on the 15th of every month. This month the 15th was on a Friday and I had the money in my account on Monday.

Also, how do you report a bad answer? I've seen some really awful ones lately. This morning a guide replied to an IS "I don't have a fricken Crystal Ball." That should not be allowed to go on!

I do use the crystal ball site, but when the question is really obscure, I will say something like "My crystal ball is on the fritz, so I'll have to guess. Your eyes are blue. Am I right?" or something to that effect. I thought there was a way to report a bad answer like that though? Does anyone know how?

O.k, I heard back from Cha Char regarding the Expeditor e-mail. They reactivated my account and now I have to take yet another test! Not sure if this is worth it for me.

Where did you read we aren't supposed to say according to? I have read and watched everything and I don't remember that! I wish they would have one page with their rules! Just have them bulleted! I think sometimes we are supposed to just figure out obscure rules!

And in that case I think you have to say according to the 2000 census b.c they need to know the data is 8 years old!

It was in the forum. I read a thread talking about how it was posted previously in a blog or something. It takes up too many characters.

OMG! I didn't know we couldn't say "according to". I've been using that phrase. Not a lot, but I have used it. Hopefully I won't get a QC. Haven't had one yet, knock on wood.

You can report a bad answer by going to the chacha.com, and clicking on contact us. Choose "customer service" and copy and paste in the bad answer. Be sure to include the link at the end.

Can somebody help me...I am so confused. I got an email inviting me to become an expeditor. When I clicked on the link, it took me to the last part of the original test I took months ago. I passed and was invited to take the simulator test. I just finished taking it and was looking at my profile. It says I have been a member since 5/14/08 (when I originally took the test ) and that my level is Master. What does that mean?

I requested to be a Guide but failed the first part of the test. I clicked the arrow for next page but was taking too long so I decided to click the arrow again, and that's when it skipped a page. I couldn't go back 1 page (stupid design if you ask me, can't you add a Back Arrow?). Well, in the end I failed.

However just today I too got the Expeditor invite. I clicked the given link but it takes me to this Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access thing. Don't know what to do from there, I'm guessing it was a mistake. If I had problems, it told me to go to knowledgebase.chacha.com, but when I go there, it's the same looking page as if I went to underground.chacha.com. Going to forum.chacha.com also brings me back to underground.

I tried logging in with the account I made when I first took the test to be a Guide but it says "Your account has been suspended." I got stuck from there, dead end for me. Just wondering if anyone is having similar experiences.

mamba9, the exact same thing happened to me. I was able to log on (my account was not suspended) through the home page but like you not sure where to go from there. I think I will wait until tomorrow and see if I can log on.

There was this "To view this email as a web page, go to the link below, or copy and paste it into your browser's address window." in my email. There was also a link below it. I copied the link in a new browser and got the sign on page. You might want to try it like I did.

The message about viewing as a web page was there but missing was "go to the link below" etc. Thanks for that advice, which did work, NOW I got that my account has been suspended, lol. I am going to bed. I did figure out how to send an email message on the log on page so hopefully will hear something tomorrow (that must have been BEFORE my account was suspended). I probably caused the suspension by trying to log in too many times. Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it.

What is the deal with this company? Are they as disorganized as they seem? I signed up last week, got the invitation to take the test...3 questions into the test it locked up, booted me out. The questions were super easy, so I know the whopping 3 questions I answered were correct, lol. I tried to log back in and it said I was suspended. I sent ChaCha an e-mail and this morning they sent me an e-mail back saying my account was now active, and I could go back and finish the test. Tried to log back in and guess what? Still suspended! Has anyone else experienced this, and is it even worth it to bother?

And what is the difference between and Expeditor and a Guide? My first e-mail said I was invited to take the test to be a guide, the second said Expeditor...are they the same thing?

Expeditors get paid less than the guides. I think it's 2 cents per question for an expeditor.

Same thing here. Got an email today saying that my account was activated, then when I tried logging in, it says my account was still suspended. I'm thinking about just making a new email and making a new account, this is getting ridiculous.

I got the Expeditor email too. has anyone taken the Expeditor Readiness test? if so, what did it entail? not asking for answers or anything, just looking for example questions they asked you.

I took the test this morning. I'm not sure if I liked it though. Basically, you are categorizing questions. You have to read through the training material first then it will make more sense.

Once you are ready, you will log in and questions will be sent just like they would when you are really working for Cha Cha. You will answer 10 questions, making any necessary changes to format and/or grammar. You will also need to select which category the question belongs to.

If you follow all the directions they told you, do 200 a week, and have good grammer, you'll start at .20 after a week or two.

I was just coming to ask this because I thought it was .20 a search. I'm happy to see I already have an answer! I've already done like 30 searches in less than 30 minutes. It's fun! I did get a yucky one already though...
