It was steady for awhile but I finally logged off because it had slowed down.

I looked everywhere on the site to see when a voided check is verified. I can't find that info either. I faxed my check Monday morning and I am still waiting. I'll let you know when it happens. I don't have $100 yet, but I'm close. So maybe it will happen when I reach $100.

I'm in the same boat. I faxed my check Monday morning also. Hopefully, it doesn't take too long to verify.

I've been trying to do the Guide Assessments today. I was in the first assessment (info about the company) and my screen froze -- and the time was ticking. Eventually, the system said something like "sorry we are having problems and try to log on again." I went to log on and now it says my handle and password has been suspended. I went back to my invitation and it says that it's now invalid. I did send an e-mail via the ChaCha site, but haven't heard back. Has this happened to anyone else?

i am so frustrated. I have been trying to do the 'studying' to take the similuator test and i can't get the training videos to work. i hear the video but I can't get the video to show up. I downloaded firefox and updated adobe and still nothing.

i send a email to feedback but a lot of people are having the problem. Any ideas??? i really want to get going on this.

The initial testing is not bad at all. It is just problem solving skills, typing skills, and a knowledge test. If you read the handbook and watch the videos you should be fine on all the testing. Good luck!

Question for you: When you say "typing skills", do you mean speed like WPM
or correct spelling, punctuation, etc.?

Thanks for the help , I did the initial request form, but I am very NERVOUS to go forward onto the testing part! I really need a PT job right now and I'm SO afraid of getting rejected!

Anyone have any tips on how to pass the simulator portion as well?

Well I assumed I did the simulator test right- I know I found all but 1 correct answer I think I missed 1 part to that one - and on 3 I took about 5mins.
but on all but the 1 I know I gave right answers.. I didn't add to the answers just what was asked.. no WOW factor or anything.. maybe that is why they said NO to me.

I've been a guide for a little over 2 weeks, and I love it! It's so much fun! I got an email today from ChaCha saying that I have won a $50.00 bonus for 100% accuracy in 307 searches for last week! I am so excited! Yay ChaCha!
