ORNAMENT EXCHANGE * Any Preferences?

Our tree has a bit of everything from preschool creations to Radko! So I cannot wait to see what I will get to add to the collection. We don't have alot of Disney because I keep giving it away everytime I buy it, but l love the idea of regional or whatever. This is such a fun idea!

Since this is my first year with my very own Christmas Tree, and DH has never had 1, we have very few ornaments right now. Our Christmas tree will wind up being a hodge podge. I'll take any kind of ornament, as long as I can fil the tree up lol. Local and Disney Ornaments are very good of course:)

I love Snowmen, santas, smores and snowflakes. I have a few disney ornaments on my tree also. I don't have a specific theme on my tree. Just lots of wintery stuff!:D

This is my favorite swap.....I look forward to this every year!
Thanks Marsha!!!!::yes::

I'm another one with no particular theme to my tree, but every ornament has a story. I like the idea of something that represents the sender, their home or the DIS.

Our tree has a lot of different ornaments on it too. I like any kind of ornaments and I like the idea of the regional thing too.

This is my first exchange ever and I already bought my ornament. Do you guys normally wait until you receive a name? I was just curious.

Sue

My tree is also a hodge podge of ornaments, I do collect santas but would love any type of ornament.

My tree has everything on it..........no particular pattern, rhyme or reason. But everything on it has a special meaning to someone in my family!!

Welcome to the wonderful world of the ornament exchange!

You should have a name.. check your private messages box, (on the bottom fo the DIS homepage ) or your email.. Mine name and address was in my Private Message box.

I like anything Disney. (pretty obvious) Or if they are in an area different from the midwest, something from their home state. I always try to send something along from my town along with an ornament.

I have a mish mash tree as well. I of course, love Disney.. ( I am partial to Cinderella, but love anyone involved)

I have no particular color, but love modern/retro things as well as traditional red/green...

I am sure I will love whatever comes along!

I love everything! I would prefer a non religious one but if its special to you- Id be special to me :)

I hope my person posts!!! I'm gonna make the drive tomorrow to get an ornament from Frankenmuth....(Mich's famous year-round Christmas store). I hope my lady will like a "local" gift.

For me...I think a regional ornament would be great!! My tree is a hodge-podge of everything....including the kindergarden gifts the kids made that are now 20-25 yrs old (banished to the bottom back of the tree however...due to their looks!!!)

Anything would be great!!

i think our tree is slowly becoming a disney tree!

i am obviously, a HUGE fan of GWTW...but i love disney and snowmen...

Anything!!!

We don't have a special theme for our tree! I love Christmas and all sorts of things. I will appreciate and love what ever is sent! I'm not a picky person by any means!

Not that I have your name but I can't figure out what GWTW means? I figured I'd help out your person just in case they don't either.

I hope my person likes mine. I make all my ornaments. My tree is made up of homemade ornaments and special ornaments from DIS members. Everytime I take those ornaments out I remember the people who gave them to me. I really like the ornaments that come from the place the other person lives. Something that is associated with their area or country. Although, to be truthful I am just excited to be receiving a surprise ornaments. I always give ornaments away, I don't usually receive them.

Our tree is a mix of ornaments the kids have made, antiques passed down from my family, ornaments from places I have been, and from DIS exchanges.

I am SO easy.....I like anything, but it is always nice to get something from the area of the sender!

Great thread....this helped a lot!
