<font color=darkgreen>Since I don't see a thread yet, let's use this one for the 2003 Ornament Exchange and share what ornaments we like.

I have no particular style on my tree. I like any ornament, but if it represents your area, that would be cool.

Okay, who's next. :)

<font color=red>Again, thanks Miss Marsha (mickeyfan1) for putting this together for us! It's a huge job :sunny:

My tree is not done in any particular theme. I do prefer the traditional Christmas colors of red and green for the most part.

I love Disney ornaments. Of course we like Mickey and Minnie, but I'm also partial to Mary Poppins among others. :teeth: A DIS ornament would be nice, too.

Our house is very country. I collect sheep and also angels since I am a DIS angel. I guess I probably prefer down-home over victorian or formal ornaments. Home-made is wonderful.

I'd love something that represents your area. That makes the DIS family's size come alive, and I'm a breast cancer survivor, so a pink ribbon ornament would be nice.

That seems to be more than enough ideas. I'd really be happy with anything you want to send.

We have had Tall Stacks in town so I think a Paddlewheel ornament would be neat, but I haven't ever seen any...

I Like Golf & Disney also, but my tree has all kinds of different ornaments on it, so ANY thing would be absolutely wonderful...

Glad you started this thread..

I hope my person posts here to give me something to shoot for...:D

Great thread!

We do not really have a theme for our tree. I do collect snowmen though.

I LOVE the idea of having ornament from near where the sender is located! Of course, Disney ornaments are great too ... too hard to decide ;)

Thanks for starting this thread. Good information!
I have No particular theme to my ornaments and Love it to be all different colors. I do have lots of Disney ones and buy new ornaments yearly for both our tree and to give to my daughter when she has her own family.

Whatever you choose would be great!

Mac3's daughter (whoever gets her) Let your child choose it! I'm sure it would be wonderful for my daughter to see what another child had choosen for her!

Happy Exchange Everyone!
Lisa

I love snowmen! ;)

Of course, anything someone chooses for me will be great! :)

One year I tried to do an all white light tree with angels and snowflakes. My DH and kids went crazy on me. That isn't what a Christmas tree is supposed to look like. So, now our tree is wild and crazy. All different color lights and a huge assortment of decoration styles. Each year at WDW we each pick out an ornament and have it personalized so those are there. Some the kids have made at school and church. I even have one that my DH made when he was in kindergarten!!!!!!(Man is it old?!?!?!?!)

So, whatever comes my way it will be more than welcome on our tree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:wave2:  :wave2:

I am a christmas fanatic!! Our tree comes out looking something like a patchwork quilt. I try to have some ornaments that show what each of us like, for my DH there are the sports ornaments for DS we have Bob the builder etc... as for myself I have 3 million styles. Some of my favorites are ...anything pink, Hermey (from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer), The S'mores ornaments, or Moose (I love moose). Of course I LOVE every kind of ornament imaginable. So anything picked would be just ducky with me. I posted because I realize their are some ppl who would love to have an idea to start with.

I like a wide variety of ornaments. Every year I put up three 10-foot trees.

My main tree in my living room is all red, blue, green and gold with lots of red cardinal ornaments and red glass bead garland.

My foyer tree is all gold and ivory ornaments with pearl and gold garland.

My family room tree is all the kids homemade ornaments, family ornaments and basically just about everything you can imagine.

I love all of them, but I think my favorite tree is the one that's all a mish-mash of ornaments. :D

Anything is great with me! I love participating in this each year. :)

I'm hoping the person I got posts on this thread too, although I do have a couple of ideas already.

Our tree has a little of everything on it. It's very personal to us, it seems like every ornament is significant if for no other reason than because we've used it for many years. It's like greeting an old friend when we open the ornament box and start getting them out. And every year we try to add at least one ornament. Any ornament I get from a fellow DIS will become significant just because I will associate it with the DIS and as my 2000+ post count will testify I hang out here a lot.

Nothing religious. I'm a fan of traditional colors.

Anything Disney - villains are my most fav - but they are hard and few to find - I am really not into the Pooh character

Anything from your area is fun too

Hi everyone! I can't wait to get my name this year!

My tree is done in ornaments that we got during our travels. Lots of Disney of course! But I like things from other places, different things than I could get here.

I am an ornament collector and I especially love snowmen, angels and anything Tigger. I like country, Hallmark, American Greeting, Disney, etc. however, I do not really care for regional/state ornaments.

This has to be one of my favorite exchanges! Thanks Marsha for organizing it!!

Our tree is mostly Hallmark because that is what my mom would always buy for us. I told her this year don't buy any Hallmark.

So any thing but Hallmark or Religious would be great. My favorite Disney character is Pooh.

Hope the person whose name I have, sees this thread and post here too.

Happy Exchange Everyone! :D

Our tree is a variety pack. I love Disney especially lady and Tramp and Eeyore. I'm also a BIG dalmanian lover. For me it's the thought put into the gift that counts.

Our tree is a hodge podge as well and I am not particular at all. I do love seeing where people are from but that is not a requirement at all.

Since our tree is decorated with ornaments from all over the world and no two are the same, we welcome ALL ornaments equally :)

Our tree is also a mish mash. I love snowmen, angels, disney, old new whatever. Can't wait to mail mine.
