We had lunch with Nebo and Smidgy today I'm happy to report the rash is much better. Unfortunately I did not take a picture at lunch (they did). I did take a picture tonight at the studios in their honor

Here now with Nebo and Smidgy. Dr says the rash will go away and he gets the stiches out tomorrow, but no crutches or wheelchair this trip.

Nebos and doctors don't mix.

Well, maybe if they were all in the same fuzzy cup together.......

I bet he was still recovering from meeting me and walked in Devine and got caught by one of her stilts. The rash is from a too realistic leaf.

Well, I last left off with our day at City Walk,,,,

I'm going to talk about my experiecne at Uni,,

I'll tell you know that it was stranje,,,,,,,

We arrrived in Uni and righta way I knew I swas in trouble,,,,,

on two fronts!


We were in a rush to catch the firsrt shuttle and I forgot to grab my bionic ears,,,,,,,,,, oh, well,,,, rides are ususally pretyty loud so i'm not too worried,,,,


2nd probleme was (were?) my eyes,,,,,, the constant going in and out of light and darkness was r a real probmle fo me,,,,,,,,,

I had Smidgy take the photos and I know I got them in order ubt I can'ts ee what they are in photobucket until after i post tem,,,,,,


Anyway, here's our uni days frmo what I remember,,,,,,

Right off the bat,, i got separated from Smidgy and wound up doing rides with compelte strangers. It wan't that bad though, most of them were pretty freindly,,,,,,,,,

Where was I?

Right we first went in Shrek 4D. This ride was a lot bumpier then I remember it, also the seat wasn't very comfortable at all,,,, I couldn't see much but it felt pretty good. Here's the first picture of it:

After Shrek we did the Simpsons ride,,,, agian I lost Smidgy and rode with a whole other family,,,,,,,,,,,,


Pretty sure it was a mom and her three kids. I remember one kid was pretty annoying but I didn't say anyting,,,,,,,,,,

I heard someone yell to wave my arms and smile, I guesed it was for a picture so I waved and smiled,,,,,


Smidgy says the picture came out okay:

I won't go into all the rides, but we were supposed to go on the Mummy but I don't think we did. I stood around for a while and chatted with some guy,,,, but he wan't overy chatty so I left,,,,,,,

It's prorbaly just as well that we didn't ride the Mummy since this other guy we met later was upset that he lost his job becuase of it.

I felt bad for the guy so when he picked me up in his cherry picker I didn't complain,,,,,,,,

One of my biggest disapoingments was Harry Potter,,,,,,

I was really looking forward to it but I couldn't see!,,,,,,,,


I tried to go on the ride and it sure felt like I was moving,,,,
I could see things going by,,,,,,, but I don't know,

Someone handed me a stick to hold onto and I sat on what I thought wasa guardrail to wait,,,, but then it started moving,,, so I guess it was the ride,,,,,

not very comfortable though:

afger that I'd had emough and we went back to the hotel and called it a night,,,,,,,

and that's what i'm doing now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Wow, Mony you have to do a webpage?

I took an HTML course years agon online, I put some website stuff together just for fun, but forgot most of it by now (except stuff like [ quote] and [ /quote]. I know there are easier ways now, but I have no clue (nor need or desire)

In my day, we weren't even allowed calculator in accounting class because they were too expensive for everyone to afford. Im OLD, WAHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Paper is done, can I get a woot! woot!

I have to create my webpage through the university's, unviersities, website.

Oh, great now I am doing it.

It is not difficult, but time consuming and I don't really have to have it done until the end of January in time for my scheduled interview.

My last two classes are Wed, thurs this week and the instructors wnat, want,,,us to bring our laptops to show our progress.

Ok, I guess I will show my cover page cause I am way too busy with paper writing and lesson planning and teaching, to even look at it. Those that are not excellerated and for real graduating on Saturday can show us cause their interviews are next week.

They are genral ed teachers and I'm special ed, so since I'm special it is not getting done by tomorrow.

Us special ed teachers get to walk with the gen ed teachers so we don't have to wait for spring ceremonies. In five weeks I'll be officially done.
