Orlando Premium Outlets?

I was wondering if anyone has taken a taxi to the outlets from their resort or DTD? We won't have a car on our trip in June and it would be nice to pick up some cheaper gifts and souvenirs.......but, is it worth it? There are a couple other outlets there that sound interesting for an afternoon's worth of shopping. Has anyone done this....How much is a taxi ride to Premium Outlets? Thanks!

I have not done this either, but will be doing it in a couple of weeks when we go. I found a taxi fare calculator on MCO homepage which told me it would be about $8.00. Not bad. The other option is there is a bus from the DTD resorts, but they don't run all the time and it says you need to make a reservation.

I love this outlet! I live near Orlando, and I think it is one of the best. My friend and I usually hit this outlet at least every few months when we go to the Mall at Millennia.

The Character Premiere is pretty good, maybe not as much selection that you would see at Disney, but it's okay.

However, I do not care for the Belz outlets.

I have always liked Belz but the Millennia Mall and Premium Outlets were not built when I last visited. Do you know when Belz is closing down?
