Original DVC purchase 1990's

Back in the early 1990's, the first year DVC was introduced, my DH and myself looked at purchasing the original DVC at OKW. And foolishly didn't. Many, many years later we finally purchased at another location and still look back how we missed out purchasing the original DVC. (hindsight always 20/20). We are trying to recall the particulars related to the purchase: point amount and purchase price. We both have conflicting memories of that day. Can anyone help us out for old times sake?

Thank you to leading me to the thread. It answered a lot of questions for us. Now instead of walking down memory lane saying " we should have" we are moving forward with our purchase and enjoying every minute of our future trips. Thank you.

We purchased originally in '93, bought an additional amount in '95, and bought a resale in '11; paid within $1.00 for all our points.

My ex wife and I toured BWV in 1998. After the sales presentation I told my guide Megan that I would think about it. I called her back in 2007 and said "I'll take it". True story.

I bought in 97 they had stopped the free passes right before I got in..

I had a friend that bought at $48 a point reconstruction. I bought resale out of USA today I think it was back in 1994 at $40 a point, seller paying closing and prorated fees based on a calendar year schedule.

We bought our 1st contract in '94, think it was around $55 a point. We bought 2 more contracts between '94 & '97 think our last contract was around $70 maybe. We miss having the park passes one of the greatest perks ever.
