Oreck XL Gold??

Does anyone have any experience with the Oreck XL Gold? I am searching for a new vacuum and it's driving me crazy! My kenmore blew up and the Kenmore's are no longer made by the same company. It has to be light weight due to a shoulder injury. I bought an Oreck XL Gold yesterday and am trying to decide if I like it. It is definitely light weight, but I'm not sure I like having to use 2 different machines (although the upright does get very close to the walls so I wouldn't have to use canister piece all that often). I'm also a little concerned about the power and durability. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm so tired of researching vacuums

I am using an oreck that is approximately 15-20 years old!!! I LOVE my oreck!!!!! it picks up better than my Kenmore progressive.

Use to have an Oreck, cleaned pretty well, but hated the bag thing. As far as being lightweight, it is until the bag was getting filled, huge bag and a pain to change.
