ordering pizza to pool area

I've heard you are allowed to order Papa John's to the resort rooms but was wondering if you can order pizza and eat it outside at the pool (main) or quiet pool? We're dvc members and this is our first trip home. We've always eaten every meal out, but this time we're going with 25 people. Most are staying in the WL rooms but two families are in the villas. Any help is appreciated.....now I just need the phone number

Good question, we are staying at the BCV, can we do this there as well?

I know last time I was at BCV sitting by the quiet pool and the room service guy came by pushing a cart and delivered food to a person sitting at the table by the quiet pool. I asked him as he walked by me what was up and he told me that you can just pick up the house phone by the pool and order room service, tell them that your are by the quiet pool and they will deliver it.

there are picnic tables at BCV quiet pool...just a little stroll away from the pool deck...you could see the delivery car coming across the bridge

We barbqued there one night on the hibachi grill...yum!!

I believe the rule for all the Disney Resorts (unless the Pizza is being delivered by Disney) you will have to meet the delivery person at the check in desk.

They will call you when they get there and you simply go get it. We did it at OKW gave them our cell # they called when they got to check in (it was mavelous).
