I have had a horrible time with Kohl's. I placed my first order on the day before Thanksgiving, and even though the order status shows shipped it never left their warehouse. I called Fed Ex, verified with them and they said it was never requested for pick up, just the label requested.
So...back and forth with customer service at least 3 times and they were "certain" it would be here LAST Monday or Tuesday...still nothing. They (Kohl's) tried to tell me that Fed Ex wasn't updating their tracking info on their website. I told her I talked to Fed Ex and they assured me that it hadn't been in the hands of a Fed Ex handler, period.
SO...in her best customer service wonder...she decides it would be best for me to place a second order "just in case". She was going to change my first order to a "mis-ship" and credit me back the charges and then re-order it...but she emphasized over and over that there was no doubt in her mind I would get the items from my first order.
Upon trying to re-order, of course only the socks were available (which was NOT what I was concerned about - but she did order a comparable Doc McStuffins item for my niece).
The very next day I get an "updated shipping info" from Kohls from the first order - saying there was an additional tracking #. I'm thinking "yeah - it's on it's way".

NO.
And that very same day one pair of yoga shorts from the original order came and nothing else. The tracking # matched the new one they gave me literally hours before.
I have called, sent an email with NO reply whatsoever, and my original order STILL hasn't been credited.
All I wanted was for them to fess up and admit that the remaining items in the first order were NOT shipped on that original tracking as stated on my order status email and credit me. The tracking # STILL shows San Bernadino, CA and hasn't changed since the very first day.
I am so peeved right now. I haven't gotten a gift certificate offer or anything. I'll know better next year.

I just went out and purchased replacement items at this point. If I have to take things back (if I get them) I will but I shouldn't HAVE to.
