Ordering from Photopass

Has anyone had problems with ordering from the Photopass site? We have ordered the cd many of times, but only had a problem when we ordered the cd in May. It got lost in the mail and we had to reorder it. I was wondering about ordering other products from the site. Has anyone had a problem with international shipping?

I ordered a few pictures back in 2006 and the photo dvd back in 2007. This year I got the cd and the gallery cd. Never had any problems.

I have ordered the CD two different trips. First time - no problems. Last trip (January 2010) the CD never showed up and I had to phone and they resent it via FedEx and it arrived a day or 2 later.

Maybe someone at the border is stealing CD's??

I ordered the photo cds and photobook in late February and didn't experience any problems at all. I also received the pre-pay deal and didn't have to pay anything extra. I was worried about duty but they came and no charges followed.

Not to hijack the thread but how long does it take to ship to Canada? Mine was shipped on Sept 18th. Thanks!
