Order Verizon online...cheaper...how long to phone comes?

Looking to add a line and pick new phones out. How long does it take till the phone comes in the mail? What are your reviews of Black Cherry Chocolate Phone...this is what I am leaning to!

I ordered my phone and accessories online and they came within 2 days. There are definitely better deals online. There was a code that allowed for $50 off new phone online, but that expired 7/31. Most of the accessories are 20% off online, and sometimes, especially weekends, it seems that some accessories are 40 - 50% off. I don't know how the chocolate is, but I got the LG8700 and like it. There is a 30 day refund policy, if you don't like the phone, and you can return online purchases to the store, and shipping is free.

We also ordered ours online and they came very quickly as the pp said. We own 4 verizon phones. I have to say that the chocolate phone is the one I like the least but my DD8 loves it. I have the VX8600 which has now been replaced with the 8700. I love my phone and have not had any problems. DH has the 8300 and is happy with it. The reason I do not like the chocolate is b/c I feel is slides closed somewhat easy. I also do not think the reception is as good as my phone. Also, the touch is a little difficult to use but I hear it is fine was you get familiar with it.

No, you can do it over your landline.

I love my chocolate. It takes a little time to get use to it, but once you do it is a great phone. It takes decent pictures. When you get use to this phone, you will learn that you do not have to open and close the slider all the time to receive calls or dial out, you can use the top bottoms and go through your contact list without opening the slider.

I ordered 4 phones online and they came 2day Fed Ex. Each phone will come with activation instructions. It was extremely easy. I have LG, my husband has a Razor and my DD13 has a Samsung.

You can also activate your new phone over the internet on Verizon. com. You can also switch phones and such using the internet with no charge. For example if you lose your phone and want to use an old phone you just log on and switch the vin numbers. I think if you do this over the phone there is a fee.

My phone i just ordered came in like 2 days. I always buy from verizon.com because they offer better deals.

We just ordered new phones also. They were here by Fed Ex in 2 business days. It took a phone call to Verizon to get them all up and running.

My original phone was the Chocolate. I HATED it! We left for vacation the day after we got the phones and I was stuck with the thing for a week. I could not wait to get home so I could exchange it for something else.

I now have the Samsung u740 and I absolutely love it. It is also a music player like the Chocolate and IMO sounds better because it has two speakers.

Not sure if you have already ordered your new phones, but thought I would share my experiences with Verizon with you! On two different occasions I thought about ordering phones from Verizon online, so I printed out the phone info and price - but really wanted to see and feel them before making a purchase so I headed to the Verizon store. On both occasions not only did they match the online price they also threw in an extra incentive for coming into the store and getting the phones - one time it was a Bluetooth and the other time it was a leather holder. Both times they kind of fished at what I seemed interested in and then just grabbed one off the shelf and included it in the matched price! I got my phones immediately at the online price plus a bonus and activation was done right then and there! So you might want to try your local store... you might be very pleasantly surprised!
