E-mail CustomerRelationsATOrbitz.com and tell them that you need a My Magic Code from them. This is the "Will Call" code you can use to link your tickets to MDE.

Replace AT with the @ symbol. I cannot post the actual e-mail address since I have less than 10 posts.

Has anyone else been successful with this? I sent an email and have not heard anything back from Orbitz.

So I have now received a response from Orbitz with a Confirmation Code that is XXXXyyXXXXyX (X = letters and y = #'s). I tried to add this as a Missing Ticket on MDE and it was not found. Granted I bought my tickets two days ago, so it is not a week yet. Just want to confirm if this is what I need to link the ticket and can I use that in MDE in a week or do I have to call? Thanks!

I also just received a response back from Orbitz and the number they gave me was a will call number - it started with 4 letters and was followed by 8 digits. I was just able to link it to MDE. I tried it first in the mobile app and it recognized it as a will call number and redirected me to the website where I successfully linked it. Did you ask Orbitz for your My Magic Code? The response I got back from them specifically noted that us what it was. I hope this helps!

I bought our tickets on 2/18 and was able to get my Magic Code from Orbitz and link our tickets today! Our 60 day wiindow opens up tomorrow! I am soooooo excited. Thanks to the OP for letting us know :)

Any idea if we get these tickets on our magic bands if we still have to go to will call? I wouldn't think so?

I called Disney's Tech dept and the lady I spoke to said the tickets are linked to your Magic Bands and you don't have to go to the Will Call counter unless for some reason there is an issue with your bands. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well and we don't need to, but I'll be printing and bringing my voucher just in case.

That's great! Thanks for the info!

I did ask them but the rep thought the number they gave me would be helpful and now I'm wondering if it was the right one. The rep called it a confirmation number. Wonder if I need to go back to them again? Maybe I'll first try on the desktop site instead of mobile app.

So desktop didn't work, but I bought the tickets on 2/19, so maybe I need to give it a few more days. 12 digits is right, so I would think the number I have should work, but no luck yet.

(Just asked this on another thread) When you put the code in MDE, does it now show that each member of the family has a ticket even though they are all on one voucher? So everyone can make FP+ reservations, etc?

Yes once linked it lists each ticket separately and then prompts you to assign them to members in your party.

OP here.....Orbitz responded to me within 24hrs of sending an e-mail asking for a code. I was unable to link from the MDE app, I had to do it on the actual website. My family of four had all of our tickets on one voucher and the one code that Orbitz gave me linked us all. Hope this helps!

I just called Orbitz on their Customer Support number and they were able to give me the number right then. I do not have the patience to wait 7-10 for a reply! lol

I emailed them to get my code but think I will call them tomorrow. I'm impatient. Lol

I tried the will call confirmation number but it didn't work on the MDE app. Will try the computer too.
