orbitz and vouchers ?

If I purchased my airline tickets through Orbitz can I still get vouchers if the price drops or is that only if you purchase directly from the airline? Thanks

i asked a usair sales rep this question on wednesday and she said you cannot get a voucher when buying from a wholesaler
