I had already seen it prior to this thread and posted on her PJ but I will post here as well.

Macbook help

...if you haven't downloaded Adobe's FLASH player, there is a tab above the Sneak Peak icons on the website. Click on that, change to the Mac OS X format and download it. You have to close all browsers while it installs into Safari. Then, go back and click on the sneak peak. Give it a little time. At first it looked like a blank screen, but then I noticed a bar at the bottom that had the "Play" control on it.

See if that works.
