DD16 had her wisdom teeth out this morning, plus a frenulectomy. She felt pretty wretched when she came home--she threw up almost immediately after we arrived. Got her packed off the bed and she fell right to sleep.
But all in all, she did pretty good. DD has a LOT of fears about medical procedures--she was "mishandled" when she was about 10yo and since then its been hard for her to submit to any shots, IVs, even routine doctor appointments. She was very anxious when we left and they gave her something for it. BUt she woke up anxious and crying, although she couldn't tell us why. I think she was just really feeling emotional, she wasn't hurting.
I just woke her up a few minutes ago to change her bandages--bless her heart, she doens't have any sense of time yet. She thought we had just done it. I loaded her up on Percocet so she ought to be knocked out pretty soon.
