Options for transport to Universal before WDW

We're going to WDW for the week but my son wants to meet some friends at Universal or Sea World on the day that we arrive. Is there a shuttle to either of these places from the airport MCO? I'll be going directly to WDW on ME and he can just meet me there later. If no shuttle, what would be the most economical options?

I think you could consider using Mears and having them take him to one of the Universal Hotels, or a hotel close to Sea World, whichever park he decides to use.
And then use Mears again from the park over to a Disney resort.
You would have to make a reservation, the cost from MCO to one of the Universal resorts is $18.00 I would assume the cost to a hotel near Seaworld would be about the same. The cost from Universal to a Disney resort is $18 as well.
This would be a shuttle that most likely will stop at a few hotels along the way, but is the cheapest way to go.

Thanks. That sounds very reasonable! I'll check it out. He won't need a ride back to WDW because he'll be able to ride with his friends.
