Options for "Make your own sundaes" at WDW?

My son only wants to go to Chef Mickey's because they have Make your own Sundaes. The rest of the family would like to skip chef mickey's this time. Is there anywhere else that has this feature for kids?

Chef Mickey's has the biggest one that I am aware of. Most resort counter service locations have a make your own cone/bowl, but not the toppings like Chef Mickey's. I'm sure some of the other buffets have this option for kids. I know that 1900 Park Fare did, but I'm not sure if your son would want to eat there.
