FH and I are going to WDW for the marathon in Jan. We'll only be able to go to the parks on one day with hopper option. So, if you only had one day at the parks, where would you go and what would you do?

I can't skip the MK..... Just have to go and experience the excitement on Main Street, seeing the castle. It's not a trip to Disney without that. Beyond that, there's not a must do for me, it would be my mood and the personality of my travelling partner.

I'd go to Epcot and just chill all day. Eat, drink, and be merry. You'll be running for a long time on Saturday, so you'll need to rest up either before or after. Good luck! I'll be there cheering on my MIL. :cheer2:

Odd man out here (or should I say Woman. . .). I love Animal Kingdom. I would just relax for the day and explore the trails. . .see all the lovely animals, and ride the rides. . .have a great time getting lost at the world.

You've been to WDW many times before. Make a list of those WDW attractions that you just love... the ones you visualize when you think of the good times you had on previous trips. Pick the top couple and that's what you do.

I would probably pick Epcot, because of the drink & food. And it's more relaxful...but I would have a hard time going and not see the castle.

Thanks for all the input you guys. I showed this to FH and we've decied to go to MK for EMH and ride space mountain, BTMRR, and POC. Then head to EPCOT, ride Soarin', MS, and TT. The explore the world showcase for the rest of the day. I wanna get an autograph book and get autographs for the first time since I was little.:cool1:
