Hi,

I don't know if just one day is worth getting a pass to go in a park? Cruise leave Sunday. Was planning for just Saturday afternoon/night!! If we're there I was planning on probably seeing fantasmic & having dinner. What do you think?? Pros Cons, Experiences? Thanks

I like to have two nights before the cruise. That gives you a whole day to spend in the parks before heading out. It seems like the one night that you get there isn't enough. Of course what is enough? We have done the 4 day cruise twice now and both times spent more than one night before leaving on Sunday.

Transportation is an issue to us for the two nights instead of one. Since you have to pay to get to WDW, then pay again to get to the cruise anyway, you might as well stay as many nights as you can at WDW. Of course if you have a car, that's not an issue.

Happy Birthday Cat,

We will have a car, so that's not the issue. I just feel that it might not be long enough. I have the points too. Thanks for the advice!

I agree with you, one night is not long enough. If you have the points, stay the extra night and have a whole day on Saturday.

I agree. If you have the time and the points, stay the extra night. Then you can enjoy the BCV resort too!

Have fun!

If money and/or points don't matter, then go ahead and splurge, even if it's only for a few hours.

Of course, if you go down this line of reasoning, you'll also realize that if money and/or points don't matter, then you can splurge on yet another night. What the heck, make it another two nights!

Have a great trip!

I would agree with every one.

Before our last May cruise, we stayed at AKL for one night and then left for the cruise.

While I loved the cruise, I felt exhausted because we had done some much running around and an extra day at AKL (or wherever) would have made me feel a little less rushed.

I am not sure how much time I would spend in the parks before we go.

Once we got on the cruise we were GO GO GO (which was great). So by the end, we were exhausted.

You will LOVE the cruise.

For our May '05 cruise, we are actually thinking of going over to Cocoa Beach for a few days to relax BEFORE the cruise and then come back to BCVs for a week after the cruise.
