Opening hours of member services because ...

Hi

Can anyone remind me of the hours member services are open?

On Tuesday the DCL Med cruises start taking bookings @ 8 am EST

Is member services open then? If they open earlier should i phone earlier?

I am in uk so is EST 5 hours behind me? (like whe I go to wdw)

I appreciate you help

I really wanna get on one of these cruises

I haven't seen it posted otherwise, so I would think it would be their regular hour of 9:00 A.M. EST.

I think Daylight Savings Time is called Summer Time in Britain. The difference is still 5 hours. MS opens at 9am EDT = 2pm BST. I think.

I think the time difference is 5 hours right now as usual. However, in the UK our clocks went forward one hour last week. In the US it was last night/ this morning, am I right? So for the last week the difference was 6 hours but now it is back to 5. I think....scratches head.

So if MS opens at 9am as usual call at 2pm in England. If they open at 8am, call at 1pm. I think I would try 1pm in case they opened early for the cruise booking....they did before didn't they? You will get the automated message if it is too early but at least you will know.

On this thread I read that cruise bookings were starting today- Monday at 8am (1pm here in UK) Not sure if this is correct but wanted to let you know just in case.
