yup I am old....and I love the old stuff......cause I can understand the words......I know that is a sign of old age......

Kay a few days ago I think we sang the streak........that made my kids laugh when they heard the kazoo make the noise....

I remember that song. In fact I remember when streaking was a craze. Not that I ever did it!!! And you're right about getting older. It's pretty weird. I think about stuff from the 70s and it doesn't seem very long ago. But now there are more and more people who are full grown adults that weren't even alive in the 70s, or even in the early 80s. I guess if I had children I would have felt the passage of time more, and adjusted to the idea of a generation passing during this time period. The years just click away so quickly and I don't feel like I have changed much at all. I read a comment the other day in someone's report about going with their parents who were in their fifties but still in pretty good shape and active, and I came unglued! I'm 51 and I don't feel any different than I did at 30 and I'm sure I don't behave any differently, either.

I have a policy never to complain about my age. The way I look at it, whatever age you're at, in a few more years you'll be wishing you could go back to your current age. So I figure enjoy it now without complaint.
