Went to my first counseling appointment. Luckily I jived nicely with her! That's a lode off my mind. She deemed me be mentally sane! See, she's a genius! We'll get along fiiiiine.

I thought I would share my day with you. I auditioned this morning for a show called Gimme Me The Mike. Here it is, for what it's worth.

There were about 450 people registered. Not sure how many will actually show up. They are only picking the top 20.

There is nothing on TV tonight again, the guys are watching the hockey game. I might go to bed and read my new book my sister got me. It is a Mary Clark Higgins book called Two Little Girls in Blue.

Nab - We never found out with our boys. But this time I am finding out for SURE! As soon as I get to my ultrasound(august) I am not leaving that table until she tells me what it is. lol

I never found out with Nicholas but I so wanted a girl the second one so I asked too.

It loses some of the excitement though when you know. I wish I hadn't. But I can see in your case why you would.

Hubby and I were the only ones that knew though. We liked having people wait by the phone the day I went in to see what it was.

I did have a boys outfit ready just in case the tech. was wrong. Then I would have really got a surprise. The of course everything was pink from then on , still is. Even though her favourite colour is purple.

It is late, my brain is mush, I am forgetting everything else I wanted to say. Darn.

Oh, Utah, I love Spoodles but they took my favorite dish off the menu Oak planked salmon. It was soooo good. Everything that I have had there has been good except the calimari (sp?) which was not good, it was gross. But do look at the menu closer to your trip (it seems to change every quarter) and make sure it looks good because it is a little limited as far as choices go.

I just wanted an excuse to go through Boardwalk Villas again! That place is awesome, but I was SOOOO sick (ate french food just before). I dimly recall being impressed by the theming.

I will try to avoid the calamari (I googled the spelling) thanks for the heads up.

Was it you, Haley, that doesn't like sushi? If you try Wolfgang Puck's California Roll you may just likey. It really was fabu, and delish.

Take me to 1982 so I can buy a crapload of Walmart stock...(now I dont remember what year would be most profitable, but y'all were impressed for a sec, riiiight?) Course I was barely born then.

Good night. Melatonin is my new natural sleep aid. Took some and hour ago and it went straight to my head...blerfffph. (Good Night, sweet darlings!)

awww I love it!! With dd I was "older" so my doctor wanted to do an amnio, and everyone around these parts had it done "routine" whatever... well that day I had such amazing peace - and when I went in... the doctor went to get another doctor, and the two were talking about needle placement...I RAISED MY HAND AND SAID WOA>>> WOA what?? um NO.. he was ticked, said he'd only agree to the amnio if I agreed to abort??? WHAT??? Goodbye.

The tech was so kind, she knew how hard it was to go against a doctor and asked why I was considering the amnio - for education, if the baby needed something, or was high risk, etc... I could know and learn everything - - the tech then declared that an ultrasound tech could detect those same things that he was going to check - amazing...

then the tech said, except for sex of the baby, unless.. and we all looked at the screen adn the baby literally spread her legs... "unless she does that"!! roflol - there was no doubt, but still we kept quiet... "just in case"

we do boys real well in our family!!

I know Nab's son is serving Mass- it was always touching when our youngest served. We could see her eyes looking for us as she walked down the aisle in front of the priest, and then ,the big smile !
