If you get some good deals.
But I just ran into wal-mart for "a couple of things" and spent 50 bucks!!!!!
But I put together a flower arrangement for the new mom with pretty blue ribbon, carnations and a cute vase for a total of 8 bucks! Woo! And I found a cute tee shirt with puff sleeves and lace around the neck for Jeannie. She got the outfit from church dirty and none of the rest of the clothes that got sent with us match. Well, some match, but they have awful stains.
So now she's wearing cute pink corduroy overalls and the $2.88 shirt.
So what did I spend the money on?
Oh! And they didn't have the smell good deoderant I wanted. So I got a different kind.

Party people are all gone and we brought mil back to her facility......I am plum tuckered out......I MEAN IT.......it is snowing here ......but they are predicting rain too......I hate these types of weather ......not knowing what is going ot hit.....Hope you are all behaving.....
I still need to do the finding clothes and ironing them and packing them......I do have my list though..
Our son graciously offered to let us go to his house and he will drive us to the airport at four am on Friday......I am so anxious.....HONEST>......

Where are you staying, I forgot if you mentioned it.

I called my mom today, she got transferred to a new hospital, and will probalby go to a short term care facility for 3 or 4 weeks.

She was really short on the phone, and said "i'll call you next week sometime" OK then! At least I called. Apparently she was looking forward to some tv program.

I'm sorry to chuckle but that's sort of funny. I hope being absorbed by a TV show means she's feeling much better. At least she knew who you were this time and didn't ask when you were coming to Germany. I'd say the situation is improving.

I am so happy for you that your trip is just around the corner now. You have been through so much lately. You certainly deserve this break. I hope your vacation seems like you've been there a month!

We're watching the NHL playoffs since Pittsburgh is finally in again. I guess I should say DH is watching and I'm Dising and kind of watching. Spent a lot of time babyproofing today, that is hard work!!!!!

So far, only Dre hasn't broken the windows (she has real life talent, the rest of us are just posers).


Church was fabulous and for dinner I got lazy (REEEEEally lazy) and made nachos! But we dont have a microwave (still!) and so I had to make nachos like the pioneers. In the oven! They actually were delish! Served with homemade salsa (NOT mine) and we practically had 3 food groups representin'!

the party was great......we had a few no shows because of their traveling into the snow storm.....so they stayed in NH and one went back to NY at six thirty am.....she was stuck for a while too.......
Megan gets up on the furniture and then starts to take off.....when she figures she has had enough she sits...she is a pig though....she ate a finger roll and some macaroni salad and her piece of cake......she is a good eater for sure.....

The Nachos sound soooo good! I made us a homemade pizza tonight and it didn't bake right so we are now starving and thinking of heading to Dairy Queen for round 2 of din din!
