Only thing is the OG around here for lunch the spaghetti & meatballs is $9.50

So us Canadians are so chronically overcharged that even WDW prices seem acceptable. Sheesh.

BTW we paid OOP, and steered well clear of the buffets. Unless you can really eat A LOT they seemed really steep, even to us.

I never imagined saying this but, WDW makes Las Vegas look reasonable.

(real food las vegas not the 5.99 steak and eggs special)

We tend to eat pretty middle of the price scale and I've eaten at Houston and Los Angeles and Vegas, all pretty high on the cost of living factor and a nice meal out sometimes was twice what I'd pay at home, but holy moly, WDW is pricey.

However in the greater scheme of things, one or two more expensive meals over the course of a vacation will even out if you try to stick to cs, splitting meals or even breakfast in your room for the rest of the trip.

Maybe just pick one and do a really nice splurge one night.
