As our trip gets closer (12/5) I am starting to get more stressed that we will not have enough time in the parks. Being a WDW veteran I know that a solid plan can make or break the trip. I believe that we will arrive around 1:30 on Monday 12/5 and plan on doing DL the rest of Monday and plan on a MM on Tuesday until about noon and then finishing with CA. My question is where should we start on Monday when we get there since we will be soing FL Tuesday.
Thank you!

I am thinking you should begin with Adventureland on Tuesday. Grab a HMH FP asap and then subsequent FPs as you go with Indy being the next one. I'd then do POTC, JC, BTMRR, Splash depending on the weather, Pooh- that whole Frontierland/Critter Country area. Keeping always in mind when you can get your next FP.

Check out the MM thread on the suggested order of rides for FL during MM. They say to be at Star Tours right before the park opens to grab that FP. Then I'd do as much of Tomorrowland as possible before heading to DCA.

If I had 1.5 days, I'd plan on just a few things for DCA: Soarin' Screamin', ToT, GRR (maybe), the Animation Studio, and WoC.

Honestly with only a half a day in DCA, I'd get a WOC FP first and ride Little Mermaid, CA Screamin', hit Flik's Fantasy Fair (if you have little kids). Soarin' is the same at WDW so I'd probably skip it.

I totally forgot about the new Little Mermaid ride.

Thanks everyone! I should have added that it is just DW and I. Surprise trip for her BD. First trip w/o kids in 10yrs. Been to WDW dozen or so times first time to DL. I made WOC dining at Ariel's for 12/6.

To make matters worse, I scheduled a meal at BB after the parade and before the fireworks. :-0 What was I thinking?

Well, I think in the other thread you started you said you wanted to watch the parade and the fireworks on Monday, correct? That will make it more challenging, because you will need to devote some time to get a decent spot for those. If you are getting to DL at 1:30, I would grab a SM FP first. Then I would do IASW, BTMRR, POTC, Jungle Cruise, grab HMH FP, Splash (if you want), Pooh.

Around this time grab a spot for the parade. After the parade you are eating at BB, right? After BB you will need to hustle to try and see the fireworks.

After the fireworks, use your HMH FP, SM FP. Right before 9pm when DL closes, slip into line on a ride you want to try.

Next morning do MM:
Peter Pan, Dumbo, Toad, Alice, Matterhorn, and the rest as you like.
Be at the ST FP machine a few minutes before opening and get your ST FP. It will hopefully have an early return time. Now fill in with other rides that perhaps I haven't mentioned that you want to hit (Buzz, Autopia, Nemo, Toontown) And collect your next FP as soon as possible for Space/HMH/etc. Use your FPs and then parkhop to DCA.

I think you said you were doing WOC dining, right? If so, skip the WOC FP. I also think you can skip Soarin'. So head over to Screamin' and grab a FP. TSMM is the same as well, right? If you want to wait in line, go for it. If not, skip it and do Little Mermaid and Goofy's Sky School. If you need lunch, the paradise grill and boardwalk pizza and pasta are next to GSS.

If you do eat lunch, you will probably be able to use your Screamin' FP. Ride it and then head over to TOT. You will go through Bugs Land, which is super cute. Perhaps stop to ride Heimlich (I don't know why, but I love that ride!). Grab a FP for TOT. Ride Monster's Inc, if you like Muppets, do that show, head into Animation Bldg. Use your TOT FP. Choose your next FP, grab that. Then ride something fun like the Fun Wheel or Swings. Eat dinner, use your FP, and then line up for WOC.

Alternatively you could do few rides at DCA and devote some time to Aladdin if it will be running on your day. An excellent show that is not available at WDW.

Have fun! :goodvibes

**This is assuming Indiana Jones will be down when you are there as per the calendar**

I would make Aladdin a priority, and skip the little kid rides, including Toon Town (yawn.) Jungle Cruise is the same as WDW so that wouldn't be a priority for us.

Yeah, wasn't sure about Jungle Cruise. Good to know!

ToonTown can be fun to visit, especially if you want a picture with Mickey/Minnie. There is also Roger Rabbit, which I think is well done.
