Does anyone know of a good online site for scrapbook paper (both cardstock and patterned) that has reasonable prices and cheap or reasonable shipping?

Try joann dot com. They're having a sale on their scrapbooking supplies and there's also free shipping on all orders over $25. I'm a newbie and just ordered my first album and startup supplies from them

I find Two Peas in a Bucket's prices to be in line with most lss, and they have free shipping on orders of $75 or more this month.

There is also a website called www.scrapbookclearance.com. If you spend over $25, then everything is 1/2 off. I got a lot of great Disney items clearanced from there.
I don't remember the shipping costs, but it was worth it to get the items at a great price. Many things were 70-80% off the original price and I checked some other online sites that we're still selling things for the original price.
I'm pretty stocked up for our trip in Dec and can't wait to start using my new things
