Online Reservation Trouble! 9/12-9/16

Has anyone been able to make online dinner ressies lately? I've been trying and trying and all I get is this...

Page Not Found- 404 Error

I've got the same error message all day long. I called to book some ADR's over the phone and got most everything I wanted, but I want to change a couple times and would love to be able to get on and see the online booking. Let us know if you ever get on. I tried to call Disney, but they said they don't provide any tech support for the online system. She said I would have to email but don't see where to do that either. Any ideas there?

I get this error all the time, when i try to retrive my resort information.

Makes it kinda difficult to make any dining reservations!

Anyone know why?

I'm getting the 404 error, no matter what I do. I don't make ADR's for a few weeks though.
 
About the reservations site being down? I highly doubt it but I see a mechanical desk number or something to that effect.

Any ideas? I cannot believe the reservations are down!
 
I was just looking at it a little bit ago and it wouldn't load for me either. I closed my browser and reopened it and now everything loads correctly. So, if you haven't already, try closing your browser and starting over. Hopefully that will get you going again. Good luck!
 
Disney has the most unprofessional and most unreliable website of any business I have ever known. It is pathetic for a company of their size.

Msft is larger and I work on that site daily. They have fewer problems and they are known for issues with their own products/software.
 
First of all, I see some 3 and 4 am times posted--the reservation line opens at 6 am Eastern time, correct? I am in Eastern time zone, but want to be sure!

Also, when I go on the site, since I'm too far out (can make res end of the month), I have tried calling up my resort res on the My Vacation site, but it always says that it doesn't recognize that number. I checked with my AAA agent and the Dining site by phone, and I am using the correct number--do you think I will have problems making reservations when my 90 days comes up? Will I have to enter all of my info separately the morning of my 90 days, or is there a chance it will recognize my res number then? Any ideas? Thanks!
 
You should be able to make it recognize your reservation, even if you're outside the 90 days. My 90 day window doesn't open til tomorrow, but I've been going to the ADR site and practicing, and I've been able to retrieve my reservation for some time. I just don't actually make an ADR. At the risk of telling you what you already know, be sure your reservations number is 12 digits, no spaces.
 
For anyone having problems, clear your cookies, close out of your browser and go back in.

That may or may not work depending on the problem, but worth a shot.
 
I am getting the E02,etc. error... I got up early to get this done and now I can't... Any suggestions?
 
It will not allow me to enter a date other then the arrival date!!!! I am tired tick off and ready to beat the crap out of this damn computer.....GOOD THING the mouse os far away!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me if teh Candlelight DInner Packages can be booked online and, if so, how to do it? Can't seem to make it work.

I'm getting more frustrated by the minute. I can't believe I got up at 4:30 for nothing.

I was able to get one reservations to go through and it's in my cart. But I can't seem to find my cart! Anyone know how you can click on your shopping cart so I can at least book the one reservation?
