Online Reservation Trouble! 9/12-9/16

You have to enter it yourself. It won't be done automatically. On the first page of the booking engine, above the date and time, there is a place that says "Do you have a Resort reservation for the same days for which you're making dining reservations?
If so, please retrieve your reservation."

Click on the words "retrieve your reservation" and type in your resort confirmation number, and add in the other information it asks you for.

There is a place that says "retrieve your reservation." In theory, you should fill that out and it should alter/expand the calendar to include 90 + 10. But beware: It did this for me at first, but later when I tried to log on again, I did the exact same procedure and the calendar would not show anything except the first day of my stay. It did show the dates of my entire stay in writing above, but the calendar would not reflect it. The system was doing something different, not me. If you're stuck like this, I say get on the phone. Sorry! :headache:

Well, I at least got to voice my frustrations. I was asked to complete a survey!

Your 90 days is tomorrow. We arrive on December 12 and our 90 days was today. I was able to do my reserevations at 3am eastern time.

Sorry I was referring to Kabbie as they said they were arriving on the 13th

I added my confirmation number (I arrive on 12/13) and it still doesn't give me the option to do the 90 + 10 days before. I can only book up til 12/12.

Your 90 days is tomorrow, the 14th. We're arriving on 12/13 also.

Ok! Hmm...I tried the retrieve my ADR thing and it didn't work. Myabe I'll just do it the old fashioned way.

Does anyone know if the online system recognizes DVC confirmation numbers? My 90-day window is coming up in a couple of weeks.

Yes, it does recognize DVC reservations most of the time. I was never able to get my one-night reservation recognized and then had to enter my next one three or four times before it was accepted. Good luck!

Yes it does. We are DVC and staying at BLT. We booked last night.

Thanks! I finally got it figured out, thanks to you! I love the Dis!:)

I am trying to cancel a couple of dining reservations online. I cannot find any way to do this today. I have done this in the past. Does anyone know of a direct link where I can pull up my reservations? I hate the Disney website. It is so buggy.

but I keep trying until I got though. On-line wasn't working for me that well but I was able to see what was available. My computer was too slow so I kept trying to call and finally got though and was able to book.

I got everything I wanted for the times and days except my arrival day so I booked something else. I'm going to keep trying until what I want becomes availble.

I'm so happy thats over with now I can concerntrate on all the fun things.

I just checked on-line again and I'm still getting the error so I think the bugs haven't been worked out yet.

It seems like the whole booking site is down now. It lets you get as far as the restaurant that you pick, but when you click the tab to make a reservation, you get an error message.

I was just having the same problem. I handed the computer to DH cause I thought I was losing my mind. I knew that I had adjusted reservations before and was able to pull them up. Today, I couldn't even figure out where to plug the number in.

Suddenly, after a couple of hours...bam..there was the page to put in the reservation number.

I swear, I have never seen such an issue on a website for a megabillion dollar corporation. How hard is it to have a website that can pull up a reservation number?
Even the cheapest low budget hotel has this available....it is absolutely ridiculous that Disney almost forces you to call and talk to people who give you different answers every time you ask a question.
WHY does it have to be so complicated???

I get this error all the time, when i try to retrive my resort information.

Makes it kinda difficult to make any dining reservations!

Anyone know why?

TIA :goodvibes

I was just getting this this evening.
It was in red and underlined like I could click on it.
I tried to and it just would go light.

Eventually I was able to pull things up.
I have no idea what it was, but it was frustrating and TYPICAL of Disney's website....useless website.
