Online Reservation Problems

For the past three days, I've been having horrible trouble trying to use the reservation system on WDW's website, specifically the AP section of the site. I keep getting some error about authentication on the AP site and just plain "couldn't find anything" errors on the FL resident and general booking sections. I changed the dates several times, just to test to make sure it wasn't just my dates, but no go. In the next day or two I'll probably just go ahead and call the reservation line, but I wanted to check to see if anyone else is having this problem... I'd hate to think there's just nothing available in the first half of December, even in the more expensive resorts.

I tried several different dates and everytime got a message saying nothing was available. Certainly, every resort can't be filled for every day for the first 2 weeks in January. I guess I'll have to call, too.

For the authentication error, you need to clear our your cookies. There are about 8 that have to do with disney, which are not obvious (hitbox, sales, 2o7, etc.). You may have to clear them a few times before it works. I don't remember all the names, because someone else told me this trick.
